Granted a successful reversal, there should be no reason why you guys can't have a baby. Also with you being so young, you're a lot more fertile than a man would be at her age or older. I'd say you guys should be totally fine. :) Read more
While there are supposedly many therapeutic properties in gomutra, I don't recommend it while you're trying to conceive, during pregnancy, and after birth if your wife will be breastfeeding because it will be passed on to the baby. The reason drinking gomutra worries me is that a lot of times, there are added metals to it that are particularly not good during pregnancy, such as mercury, lead, and arsenic. She needs to be taking prenatal vitamins during the TTC (trying to conceive) period and throughout her pregnancy to ensure that she's getting the proper vitamins and minerals her body (and potentially growing baby) need. I was having my period every 35-50 days which made predicting ovulation impossible. And just like you we had been trying for almost 3 years. I started taking Fertilaid for Women and it regulated me the first month and I was pregnant 6 weeks later. I think it's great product it seems to have worked great for me. It also helps produce a lot of cervical mucus which helps the sperm reach the egg. I wish you the best of luck. I hope it works as great for you. Baby dust***** Read more

Your chances are still good. When you are fertile the opening to your cervix will be open, and when he "goes" in you, alot of sperm are push up side the opening to start their swim. Those are the ones that will have a chance of making it, even with you on the bottom once up sit up some will come out anyways. Good Luck ****baby dust**** Read more
Take prenatal vitamins when you are thinking about trying - you want them in your system for a month or more before trying. You can find them at any drugstore. As to diet - nothing specific, just be healthy when it comes to diet and exercise. "Act" as if you are pregnant by cutting back on caffeine, stopping alcohol, smoking etc . . . I would also recommend that your husband and you both schedule an appointment with your doctors for a check-up. It can take a healthy couple under 35 years old up to a year (or more) to conceive before you should become concerned about fertility . . . so try to be patient and have fun. Good luck and best wishes! Read more
You should be fine taking diclofenac while trying to conceive. It's just an anti-inflamatory... similar to ibuprofen, but works a little differently. The main thing is that if you start to have symptoms of pregnancy, switch over to tylenol until you talk to your doctor or pharmacist. From what I understand, you're usually told not to take very much advil or ibuprofen when pregnant. It's not a huge risk to my knowledge, but it can potentially cause problems. I think it has to do with its reactions with your blood. When in doubt, do without. :) Good luck trying! Read more
