Ovulation kits can work, however if your friends periods are really irregular it could mean she is not ovulating, and so will be wasting money on these kits. And tbh they are never that reliable. She could try bbt, (measuring her basel body temperature) with this you take your temperature every morning and put this down on a Graph . And when you get a spike in temperature it means you HAVE ovulated. However as you can see this only tells you when you have and not before. However at least your friend would know she is ovulating. I tried for 5 years to conceive with irregular periods after this time i went to the doctors and dont i wish i had before, all that time i had not been ovulating!! 3 months after being on clomid (stimulates ovulation) i was pregnant :). I wasted 5 years so in my experience i would advice your friend to see a doctor. They will do blood tests to see if she if ovulating. Vitex is a herb that helps regulate periods i tried this but i couldn't sleep while taking it. But works for a lot of people. So this could help as well. Hope this helps give your friend good luck from me xx Read more
You're suppose to wait two weeks, but most don't. :) Read more
Granted a successful reversal, there should be no reason why you guys can't have a baby. Also with you being so young, you're a lot more fertile than a man would be at her age or older. I'd say you guys should be totally fine. :) Read more
While there are supposedly many therapeutic properties in gomutra, I don't recommend it while you're trying to conceive, during pregnancy, and after birth if your wife will be breastfeeding because it will be passed on to the baby. The reason drinking gomutra worries me is that a lot of times, there are added metals to it that are particularly not good during pregnancy, such as mercury, lead, and arsenic. She needs to be taking prenatal vitamins during the TTC (trying to conceive) period and throughout her pregnancy to ensure that she's getting the proper vitamins and minerals her body (and potentially growing baby) need. Do you know the average person takes 6-8 months to get pregnant and 70% of pregnancies are miscarriages? You should Go to http://pregnanncymiraclle.com and get there book on pregnancy. They show and teach you hundreds of different things that you are probably doing wrong or not doing at all. They also give you a guarantee you get pregnant within 1-2 months and show you how to avoid miscarriages. They show you things like how to tell when you ovulate and your most fertile days. They give you a ton of information on pregnancy and it doesn’t matter if you’re infertile or have pcos and it’s just amazing on all the little details you think of that help a lot. It’s how my wife and I got pregnant. We tried for 2 years and just couldn’t get it done and at one point doctors advised us to adopt a child. My wife refused as she wanted to leave something in this world that came from her so after a few days of scouring the internet she came across it and she finished reading it in a few days (she wouldn't put it down lol). She learned a crap load of stuff she didn't even think was important and we started trying new things and she followed all the things she learned every day and after 2 months she tested positive. Now a year later I’m here about to go buy a birthday cake for my son and I can’t be any luckier to be able to wake up and hold him in my arms. I'm forever grateful to it and would recommend it to anyone. Anyways enough rambling from me and I truly do wish you the very best in your ttc and hope you give it the book a shot like I did. I was having my period every 35-50 days which made predicting ovulation impossible. And just like you we had been trying for almost 3 years. I started taking Fertilaid for Women and it regulated me the first month and I was pregnant 6 weeks later. I think it's great product it seems to have worked great for me. It also helps produce a lot of cervical mucus which helps the sperm reach the egg. I wish you the best of luck. I hope it works as great for you. Baby dust***** Read more

Your chances are still good. When you are fertile the opening to your cervix will be open, and when he "goes" in you, alot of sperm are push up side the opening to start their swim. Those are the ones that will have a chance of making it, even with you on the bottom once up sit up some will come out anyways. Good Luck ****baby dust**** Read more
